Form Builder Module

In case which the user is required to fill a form online, for entering an type of information (for instance username or password for logging in), form for entering the information must be created. Using form builder module the administrator might easily build necessary forms for gathering information.

If the created form be uploaded on the website, the visitor will have possibility of viewing and filling the form and send it. The sent information will be saved in the system and the administrator might view the received form at any time. It is also possible to determine address email of the people who the administrator wishes them to receive form, in setting.

In this module the administrator is able to manage the created forms and received forms by the users. A filter has been considered for searching and reporting among created forms and the administrator might edit, confirm or delete the desired form by select it from list of created forms, or he might manage the received forms from the users.

Facilities

• Possibility of creating desired fields in the form and set or edit the field properties such as field required condition, or entered data validating
• Possibility of determining confirmation message:
  If the visitor completes the form correctly and send it the inserted text will be displayed.
• Inserting a note:
  You can use this part in case of requirement of any expression regarding the created Form .The inserted expression can be view merely by the system administrators and through this control panel and will not be displayed on the web site.
• Determining active or inactive status of the created Form by the creator:
  If the creator wishes not to display the created article on the website, he might set the status of the created article on inactive mode.
• Possibility of controlling the searching range and reporting on the created Form through filter.
• Possibility of deleting the received form from the visitors

• Displaying the registered information of the created form:
  The user might be informed about details of the created forms such as creation time, the creator, last updating and the last updater meantime of editing the form.
