Pars Data has made in the same of agreement in order to better interaction with customers, main an effective point were offered for quality of dedicated server. Attention to this point causes that we can use easily from services and also get desirable quality.
- In case of disaster or possible sanctions that cause server failure or sudden disorders on the server, Pars Data commitments will be canceled.
- During the period of customer's order, Pars Data must provide the server, assign it to the customer, and provide services and solve hardware problems.
- Pars Data has the reserved right to provide services to customer, and customer is obliged to accept if Pars Data decide to cancel providing services. In such case Pars Data shall inform the customer to transfer or backup data as soon as possible.If the customer does not move in this direction, Pars Data is not obliged to provide any backup of customer's data.
- Before any formal agreement from Pars Data, Customer has no right to transfer the rights and obligations to other persons (individuals and legal). Any nonconformity about this case from customer means fulfilling obligations.
- Responsibility for all information exchanged between the allocated IP and also the information located on the server for rent will be by customer and Pars Data doesn't accept any responsibility in this reg.
- The customer is obliged not to send spam (to advertise any websites and services, etc.) and does not provide this possibility for other people.
- Customer is obliged to accept and pay the costs of technical support outside commitments(such as software error handling, and solve security problems or problems caused by viruses) in order to maintenance and support price.
- Customer is obliged to refrain from installing any network control software without coordination with or confirmation from Pars Data, and also refrain from any use of services in order to sabotage affairs.
- Pars Data has no responsibility in relation to the possible abuse of the jobber, who will not accept claims from customers.
- After request any services and payment for them, it might be canceled only if there are serious disruptions in services.
- In case of non-commissioned support services, Pars Data will be responsible to support hardware and network and server. If customer wishes to support software and server settings, the support services are needed to be ordered.
- After ending the order period, based on customer requirement for renew, the prices must be calculated in the current day price, and the customer is obliged to pay.
- If the customer is not willing to extend the contract, must present a written request to announce Pars Data one month before the completion of the course.
